AC180 Whats in the box

FAQS

Q1: What is Power Lifting Mode

In this mode, AC180 can run high-power heating devices up to 2,700W, such as space heaters, hair dryers, electric blankets, etc.
Do NOT use this unit to run an air conditioner or washing machine.

Q2: Can it charge and discharge at the same time?

Yes

Q3: How do I know whether my appliance can work well with the AC180?

Calculate the total wattage of your devices. AC180 should work if the load doesn't exceed its rated 1,800W.

Q4: How long can it run my device?

The AC180 has different running times depending on the device you're using it with.

For high-power devices, the running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ load power.
For low-power devices, the running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ (load power + self-consumption of AC180). DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency.
For AC180, DoD is 90%, η is 85%, and self-consumption is about 15W. E.g. If you run a 100W blender with it, the running time will be: 1152Wh × 90% × 85% ÷ (100W+15W) ≈ 7.66 hrs
Note: 1) The formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerators, air conditioners, etc. 2) The above data is for reference ONLY.

Q5: How quickly can i charge the AC180?

The AC180 supports up to 1,440W input. Plug it into a wall outlet and turn on the Turbo Charging mode on the BLUETTI App, and you can fill it up in only 1.3-1.8 hours.

Q6: What's the difference between Silent, Standard, and Turbo harging modes?

These are the 3 AC charging modes of AC180, each with a different input power and charging speed.

It generates only 45dB of sound in the silent charging mode.

Charging Mode

Q7: Does AC180 support BLUETTI App Control

Yes, via Bluetooth.

Q8: What kind of solar panel shold I choose for AC180?

Please refer to the following requirements:

1. Total open circuit voltage: 12-60V

2. Max. input power: 500W

3. Equipped with MC4 connectors.

Highly Recommended:

1× BLUETTI PV420: ≈ 2.7 hrs*. (3.2-3.7 hrs)

1× BLUETTI PV350: ≈ 3.3 hrs*. (3.8-4.3 hrs)

2× BLUETTI PV200: ≈ 2.9 hrs*. (3.4-3.9 hrs)

Q9: Is the AC180 waterproof?

No

Q10: Cam I use or charge AC180 in sub-zero temperatures?

You can use the AC180 to power your devices in cold weather, but please avoid recharging it below freezing.

The operating temperature ranges for AC180 are:

Charging: 0℃-40℃

Discharging: -20°C-40°C (30°C-40°C: @1500W Max.)

Q11: Can it be laid on its side to save space?

No, this may damage the internal structure. Please keep it in an upright position either during storage or moving.

Q12: Is it possible to replace the built-in battery?

No. If the internal battery pack malfunctions or is dead, please contact BLUETTI Customer Service.

Q13: Cani expand its capacity by connecting it to a B80/B230/B300/B300S batteries?

Currently, the AC180 supports capacity expansion with B80, B230, or B300 batteries. To connect B80 batteries, you'll need the Aviation to DC7909 cable*, while the P090D to DC7909 cable is required for B230/B300 batteries. Please make sure the batteries are in Power Bank Mode.
