How Afterpay works

Afterpay allows you to split your Satphone Shop purchase into four payments. You'll pay the first instalment to Afterpay when you place your order, then Afterpay will charge you for the remaining instalments fortnightly.

Paying with Afterpay is a normal Satphone Shop transaction. Your order is shipped the same as any other payment type.

As long as you pay your instalments to Afterpay on time, there are no additional fees and no interest. You can easily keep track of payments in your Afterpay account or using the Afterpay app.

You can make a purchase using after pay for any amount from $10 to $2000 including all shipping fees for all products on SatPhone Shop.

How to pay with Afterpay

If you choose Afterpay for your purchase, you'll see it as a payment option at checkout. If you don't already have an Afterpay account, you'll be prompted to create one.

Here's how to pay with Afterpay on eBay:

1. At checkout, select Afterpay from the list of payment methods.
2. Review your order and delivery details, then select Pay with Afterpay.
3. Sign in to your Afterpay account, or sign up.
4. Review your instalment plan and payment details with Afterpay.
5. Select Continue to place your order.

This fantastic purchase option allows customers to defer the initial cost of the product into a reoccurring monthly interest free repayment plan.

It is very important that you read the following information so that you understand how this repayment option works.

Telstra's Mobile Repayment Option (MRO) gives you an easy way to purchase a Telstra Mobile Satellite phone/s when you connect to any of the 12 or 24-month Telstra service plans.

Important things to know about Mobile Repayment Options or $0 upfront purchases

• The mobile repayment option only applies to specific products that have the selectable $0 upfront option and it cannot be transferred or extended to include accessories or other purchases. Other purchases must be paid in full upfront.
• Repayment options are monthly only and the amount is fixed
• All repayment options are over either a 12-month or a 24 month period
• Your contract for the repayments are with Telstra
• Mobile repayment options do not include any airtime services these are handled by a separate subscription fee with Telstra
• Shipping and handling costs are not included.

What cards can I use at SatPhone Shop?

At SatPhone Shop you can choose to use any of the major 3 Credit Cards to pay for your purchase:

Direct Bank Transfer

You can also choose to make payment directly into our bank account. Just contact us during operating hours and we can advise our account details, and then you can transfer the funds directly into our account. Once the finds have been received, we will then despatch your order.
