Shipping and Rental Returns

The last day of a rental/s finishes at 5pm, Mon- Fri, so please ensure your rental/s checked in at the post office or dropped off at our showroom before 5pm on your last rental day. Rental/s drop offs after hours or post office check ins after hours will incur additional daily charges per day per rental unit.

So, if you rental/s finishes on a Friday, please ensure its checked in or dropped off before 5pm to avoid any additional weekend charges.

Credit Card Information

When booking a rental/s we will require credit card details prior to releasing the equipment, this will be required as per the rental agreement. Or you may call us on 1300 368 611 and provide the details over the phone.

ID Requirements

All rentals require a valid Australian ID,  scanned back and front, to verify your identity with EQUIFAX prior to shipping or picking up any rental/s. Your ID will be kept on file until your rental/s is returned back to us and then it will be destroyed. Digital ID's will not be accepted.
